Two weeks in now and we are still waiting for a doctor’s appointment to officially confirm we are pregnant - all we have so far is the home pregnancy test.
I will of course be updating as soon as I get any news, until then though I feel as though we are in limbo - we can’t really start planning just yet. Maybe i’m rushing things.

It seems everywhere I turn there is references to all things baby in my everyday life…I’m certain that this blatant ‘in your face’ point was not present before we discovered she was pregnant.

I consider myself fortunate in how both me and my partner discovered we were pregnant. Rather than a bursting ‘out of the blue’ shocker - it seemed to develop over about a week.

This post is simply a way to get things rolling. It is the start of soontobedad.com and (more importantly) the beginning of my learning and understanding of what it involves when you receive the “I am pregnant” news.
I currently have loads of things planned for this website, it is only in its infancy (pardon the pun) - eventually as my knowledge increases so will the resources and information published on this site…
